All transactions on Mogadeal are processed through Cash on Delivery (COD). We do not accept online payments, and all payments are made directly to the seller upon delivery of the product. Since we do not handle online payments, any refund requests will be processed directly between the buyer and the seller.

Non-Delivery of Product: If the product is not delivered within the expected time frame, please reach out to the seller to resolve the issue. Refunds may be considered if the product is not delivered as agreed upon.

Contact the Seller: If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact the seller directly through the platform’s messaging system. You will need to provide evidence of the issue (e.g., photos of a damaged product or a description of the issue).
Seller Resolution: The seller will review the refund request and may offer a solution, such as sending a replacement product, issuing a credit note, or processing a refund.
Refund Method: Refunds, if agreed upon, will be processed by the seller. In the case of damaged or incorrect products, the seller may arrange for a return of the product and issue a refund in cash at the time of the product collection or upon successful delivery of the returned item.
