Cancellation Policy

At Mogadeal, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient shopping experience for both buyers and sellers. If you wish to cancel an order, please review our cancellation policy below. By placing an order through our platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you may do so by contacting the seller directly through the Mogadeal platform. To cancel your order:

  • Contact the Seller: Reach out to the seller via the messaging system on the platform as soon as possible.
  • Request Cancellation: Clearly state your intention to cancel the order. If the product has not been shipped, the seller will process the cancellation and notify you accordingly.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. However, the buyer and seller may mutually agree to cancel the order under certain circumstances. If cancellation is requested after shipment:

  • Contact the Seller: Reach out to the seller immediately if you wish to cancel the order after it has been shipped.
  • Seller Discretion: The seller may agree to cancel the order if it is still in transit or if there are special circumstances. Please note that the seller is not obligated to accept cancellations after shipment.

3. Non-Delivery Cancellation

If the product has not been delivered within the expected time frame, and no resolution is provided by the seller, the buyer may request to cancel the order. To initiate cancellation due to non-delivery:

  • Contact the Seller: Notify the seller regarding the non-delivery issue.
  • Resolution: If the seller does not deliver the product within the agreed-upon time or fails to provide a solution, the buyer may be entitled to cancel the order.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Since Mogadeal operates with Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method, cancellations must be processed before the payment is made at the time of delivery. Once the delivery has occurred and payment has been made, cancellation is no longer possible. If the buyer chooses to refuse the order upon delivery, the seller may initiate a return or other resolution.

5. Seller's Cancellation Policy

Each seller on Mogadeal may have their own specific cancellation policy, which could include additional terms and conditions for cancellation requests. We recommend reviewing the seller’s individual policies before placing an order.

6. Mutual Agreement for Cancellation

If the buyer and seller mutually agree to cancel an order, the seller is responsible for informing the buyer and ensuring that no further action is taken regarding the shipment or payment.

7. Cancellation Due to Issues with the Product

If there are issues with the product, such as damage, defect, or incorrect product received, buyers can request a return or cancellation in accordance with our Refund Policy. Buyers must contact the seller directly to resolve these issues.

8. No Cancellation After Delivery

Once the order has been delivered and the buyer has paid for the product via Cash on Delivery, cancellation is not possible. The buyer must follow the appropriate procedures for returns or refunds, if applicable, as per our Refund Policy.

9. Changes to the Cancellation Policy

Mogadeal reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" at the top of the policy will be updated. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
